- For most standard-design boxes, we offer a free sample-making service, with shipping charges only. For certain boxes featuring special designs, a sample fee applies—typically ranging from $20 to $40 per style—which can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
#Q3: What is the price? How can I get a quick quote?
- If you provide us with product specifications such as materials, size, shape, color, quantity, and surface finish, we will gladly offer you the most suitable quote.
#Q4: Which delivery methods are available? How long does delivery take?
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
Express Delivery: To your doorstep in 3–5 business days (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
Air shipping: 5-8 business days to the airport
Sea Freight: Please provide the destination port. Our forwarder will confirm the exact number of days. The following lead times are for your reference: Europe and America (25–35 days), Asia (3–7 days), Australia (16–23 days).

- Yes, all the work of processing our materials into your bags is carried out in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, mainland China. Even the materials we use are manufactured right here!

- Yes, generally, you’ll need to provide either an AI file or a PDF file. High-resolution image files (300 dpi or higher) are also available! And it’s perfectly fine even if you only have a simple initial idea—we can help create a die-cut model for you—just add your own ideas!
